We are thrilled that you are considering being a speaker at our upcoming Pathways to Prosperity Summit. 

We had a wonderful turnout during our last summit, and we anticipate it being even bigger this time. 

The purpose of the Pathways to Prosperity Summit is to connect renowned experts in the fields of business, marketing/sales, intuitive arts, and well-being with viewers all over the world.  

We anticipate you may have some questions about our process, the Summit itself, and what we would request of you. Please see the details below.

About the Summit

The Pathways to Prosperity Summit is live October 21 to October 25, 2024. 

We will air two to three pre-recorded interviews each day of the Summit and offer a free replay of them all on Saturday and Sunday, October 26 and 27. 

Summit Promotion

We want as many people as possible to know about you! 

  • For every summit, we have an awesome landing page where people can find all of the details about it and register (our previous landing page). 

  • On the landing page, we highlight you and your bio, along with your website/socials so people can connect directly with you if they like. (our previous speaker page). 

  • We also promote the event for two weeks prior to it happening. Additionally, we send an email each day during the event, highlighting that day’s speakers and their interviews. 

  • Lastly, we do promote your free gift to our viewers, which is a wonderful opportunity to gain new people to your email list! 

Speaker Qualifications

An Active Email List

We are seeking speakers who each have an email list of at least 5,000 people. 

Event Promotion

Each speaker, along with n2gether, promoting the summit is critical for its success for everyone. With this in mind, we require speakers to:

  • Send 2 promotional emails to your list, one the week of October 7 and another the week of October 14.  

  • Post 2 social media posts to your audience, one the week of October 7 and another the week of October 14.  

You can absolutely promote more than what we’ve requested. 

We will provide draft emails and social media posts that you can tailor to your liking. You should receive these via email the week before the promotional period.

Our Process

  • If you're interested in being part of our Pathways to Prosperity Summit, we invite you to connect with our Events Coordinator, Cortney Waters for a short Qualification Call.

    This video call will take place via Zoom and last about 15 minutes.

    The purpose of this call is to answer any questions. you have about the summit, as well as ensure that we feel aligned collaborating together for the summit.

  • Once you confirm that you’d like to participate in the Summit, our event coordinator, Cortney, will reach out to you for the following: 

    • Confirming your email list and commitment to promote the Summit at least 2 times 

    • Signing our speaker agreement 

    • Submitting your speaker details (such as your contact info, bio, headshot, and details about your free gift)

    • And details for scheduling your summit interview

    We do ask that you get this information to us as soon as you can. Once you are invited, we are working with a firm deadline with very little wiggle room.  

    So please have all of your information submitted by September 17, 2024!

  • You'll be invited to schedule a brief call with Nancy where the two of you can get to know one another a bit better and Nancy can learn more about your work. This conversation helps Nancy prepare for your summit interview, so its an important part of our process

    You can either connect with Nancy a few minutes before the interview or schedule a separate call to get to know her and ask any questions.

    Just let Cortney know your preference.

  • You'll also be given a link to schedule your 30-to-45-minute interview Nancy, which will be recorded and released during the Summit Week of October 14 - 18, 2024.

    Our goal is for all of the summit interviews to take place September 9 - 21, 2024.

  • During the two weeks before the summit, we ask our speakers to send 2 emails to their lists and share 2 social media posts.

    For our upcoming October Summit, the promotion weeks are:

    • Monday, September 30 - Sunday, October 6

    • Monday, October 7 - Sunday, October 13

    We will provide you branded graphics to use in your email and social media posts, as well as draft emails and social media posts. You should receive these via email the week before the promotional period.

     

  • Our next summit will be live from Monday, October 14 - Friday, October 18. During that week, we'll share 2 to 3 pre-recorded interviews each day.

    We'll let you know which day your interview will be posted.

    Your interview page on our website will contain the video of your interview, a complete transcription, along with the details and link for your freebie.
